iSPORTstore.com Retail Sales Manager Vacancy

As part of the company’s continued expansion, iSPORTstore.com is recruiting a Retail Sales Manager.
 
The position will report to Chief Executive Officer and adhering to the company’s processes and procedures, will work within the www.isportstore.com sales team, responsible for maximising online sales and margin.

Specific duties will include, but not limited to:
  1. Managing all iSPORTstore.com website, telephone & eBay orders by liaising with customers via telephone & email, providing product knowledge, suggesting product options & alternatives, & processing all orders to ensure timely despatch from suppliers &/or the company’s fulfilment facility(s)
  2. Liaise with suppliers & supplier representatives to ensure timely despatch of orders
  3. Monitor inventory & arrange suppliers orders to ensure all products are in stock
  4. Update iSPORTstore.com website, including adding & deleting products
  5. Update eBay platform, including adding & deleting products
  6. Liaise with couriers to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
  7. Update & distribute daily & weekly sales reports, product range sheets & inventory reports
  8. Suggest, draft & distribute promotional eshots to iSPORTstore.com email databases
  9. Update customer databases by adding, deleting & cleansing customer details
  10. Manage customer returns, including but not limited to exchanges & refunds
  11. Cover roles & responsibilities of other team members as required
  12. Attend & manage product sales at sporting key events as required
  13. Arrange supply of packaging materials & general stationary
  14. Advise business trends & suggest actions to combat &/or promote trends
  15. Pick & pack customer orders to be despatched from iSPORTstore.com Sales Office(s)
  16. Adhere to the ‘iSPORTstore.com System & Procedure Manual’ & suggest improvements to processes & procedures to improve company efficiency & effectiveness
  17. Adhere to company rules & ensure a tidy & organised working environment
  18. Willingness to work flexible hours to meet company needs & priorities
 
The successful applicant will require a clean, full driving licence & good inter-personal skills.
